Passion fruit is totally underrated, and Spice Market NYC just gets it. That is why they incorporated this wondrous fruit into their Whiskey Passion Fizz: a refreshingly exotic drink that’s part sweet (passion fruit + ginger ale), part fierce (bourbon + chili).
Ingredients:
1.5 oz bourbon
1.5 oz Passion Fruit syrup
Chili
Splash of Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Combine bourbon, passion fruit syrup, and chili in mixing glass.
Add large ice cubes, shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.
Top with ginger ale.
