Ingredients

  • 1 tuna steak
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Hawaiian Dressing & Marinade
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 avocado, insides sliced out in vertical slivers
  • 1 medium zucchini, Blade C
