Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
9 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and diced into 1/4 inch pieces
3 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS brandy
