Ingredients:
2 cups unsalted peanuts
for cookie dough:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons flour (I used coconut flour!)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
