Rain season has started in the big apple. Granted, some rain boots ARE terribly cute but they don’t have that 3 1/2 inch heel every woman is looking for. Swims, a British shoe company, is about to release “city slippers,” high heels that are water resistant. You can get them next month at the Swims Store  and even if you’re not from NYC, the British company ships anywhere in the world!
