Why not personalize one of the most cherished of possessions, the six-pack of beer? Â Heineken is doing just this in Ireland with a NikeID-for-beer type of application. Just one more reason to hop the pond this summer.
The application lets users pick out a bottle design, put a personal message on it and upload their photo to the label. Sounds pretty awesome, but there is a downside: It will cost you to showoff your design to your friends. Heineken is selling the customized six-pack for $36.
