This stuff is great!
My one luxury is imported Italian Espresso turned into a foamless latte every morning. I found Roberto in Boston, who is the sole distributor for many boutique brands straight from Italy. It costs $15 a pound but is totally worth it. Besides, Starbucks beans at the supermarket cost nearly as much and aren’t nearly as good!! Caffe oh how I love thee. Good hair would be nice too, though!

My luxurious treat to myself is to just turn off my phone, tv, everything and just RELAX for 30 minutes a day. I find time for me everyday, usually its sitting outside in the sun reading for a bit or meditating 🙂
Long baths with LUSH products during the wintertime once a week for as long as it’s cold out. Aaaaaahhhhh….
I wish I find the time to sit in the bath or spa but I don’t have tension to do it. lol. What I do is go out and sit at the park and watch the waves swoosh. I’m from Hawaii so I know where to find the beach. lol
I like a long bath with a glass of sparkling white wine and a bit of gourmet chocolate.
I take 30 minutes out of almost every day to totally relax. I close the blinds and lie down, sometimes falling asleep, but always unwinding and relaxing.
My treat to myself ~ i take 30 minutes out of the day and relax ~ kick my feet up and listen to music 🙂

sounds odd, but I allow myself 1 hour each night in bed to work on my needlepoint. It’s my zen. It allows me to block out everything else and just focus on creating something beautiful.
