This real-deal newspaper insert from the 1930’s describes the ideal woman (to Hollywood) of the day.  Apparently I would’ve been 4.5 inches too tall, 7lbs overweight, and I’ve yet to measure my ankles… but I’m assuming they also don’t fit.
