I shouldn’t have t tell you this, but you need to drink more water. Even if you think you’re drinking enough water, you should drink some more. Staying hydrated keeps your skin looking fresh, puts you in a better mood and keeps you from snacking all day. You should especially be drinking water when you’re out on the town drinking drinks. Your head will thank you the next morning.
