Sooo you say you love Guinea pigs. I totally do too. I have 3 sisters and I think at one point we all had one of these fuzzy little rodents. Like the people in Peru, we would dress them up (mine was named Starscream since I was a mega nerd and loved Transformers) and parade them all around. While we were known to fatten them up by giving them our food from the table, we NEVER EVER fried them up and ate them.
According to the article, they taste like a mix of deer meat and dark meat chicken. If you have a strong stomach, they show pics of the freshly crisped critters, but I won’t subject you to that. I think I just understood why our own Ashley is a vegetarian.
