Ivana Helsinki’s Spring / Summer 2014 Collection inspiration is drawn from the film ‘The Bridges of Madison County.’ Designer Paola Suhonen was on a road trip from LA to New York, when she stopped in Madison, Iowa and visited the ‘Madison County’ old wooden bridges. When wooden bridges in Iowa inspire you to create an entire Spring / Summer collection, that’s when you know you’re meant to be a designer. Fashion would be the last thing on my mind.
