This month, the latest products of John Derian’s on going collaboration with the French ceramic tableware company Astier de Villatte will be available in the United States, the pieces range from $82 to $405. The small collection includes a teapot, a mug, a plate “Starfish at Night” as well as a serving bowl covered with a coral-like pattern in blue. Unlike the designer’s most noted decoupage plates, these pieces are more usable for every day and dishwasher-safe.
If someone were to be so kind to gift me with the mug, I would be drinking green tea all day long out of the chic eye ball.
