Can we discuss how these shoes are part of Christian Siriano’s collaboration with Payless?! They are really getting it together, Payless. I’m into it. These powder blue bow heels were shown in Siriano’s ballet-inspired Spring/Summer 2013 collection. Expect them in stores in February at non-runway prices.
