While frolicking through Bergdorf’s yesterday, I experienced my usual shoe cry upon entering the shoe salon: a combination of being overwhelmed with shiny footwear works of art and knowing that you’d have to choose between eating for the next few months or purchasing a pair. These particular Manolo Blahnik Lacelimi Crystal-Covered Satin Bootie is especially mesmerizing, and I would have to give up about 7 month’s rent in my Manhattan apartment to own them. Casual.
